Caveman Rock

Caveman Rock

I've recently started listening to an awesome internet radio station on Grooveshark. They play a wide variety of rock and metal from Classic 70s right through to the latest releases. There's also a vibrant community of friendly people supplying a constant stream of banter via the Broadcast page's chat panel.

Click here to open a new window that will take you directly to the Caveman Rock broadcast on Grooveshark.

You can also visit the website, find him on Facebook or follow him on Twitter.

Desktop Player

Because this is a web-based radio station it is accessed through your web browser. This is great but I often close my browser and all its tabs, taking the music with it, so I made a tiny little application that opens the Caveman Rock Broadcast page in an application window all of its own.

It is literally an application frame with an Active-X Browser component in it. It should work with most recent versions of Windows, but I've not tested it extensively. Feel free to give it a try, but you do so at your own risk. No installation is required, just unzip it and double click to run.

Download zip file.

Of course, you'll also be able to access all of Grooveshark with the application, but I can't see why you'd want to listen to anything else.
